Making Ohio the Beacon of Election Integrity
Safeguarding Our Way of Life

As Secretary of State, Marcell will push through the first-in-the-nation historic Ohio Election Integrity Bill of Rights.

  • Verify that only U.S. and Ohio citizens can register and vote in Ohio.

  • Require Voter ID for all voters, including vote by mail.

  • Accept all ballots received no later than the time polls close on Election Night. Ballots received prior to Election Night, must be processed and verified before Election Day, and tabulated and reported on Election Night.

  • Ensure only qualified voters may vote absentee, while all others vote in person.

  • Assure in-person voting limited to same day of election.

  • Require immediate and ongoing voter roll maintenance, and confirm citizenship of existing registrants.

  • Prohibit all insecure non-third party independently verified voting system technology, and adopt pre-printed hand-marked voter verifiable paper ballots for all 88 Ohio counties.

  • Confirm accuracy of elections by requiring precinct, county or city, and state reconciliation pre-certification and independent post-election audits.

  • Ensure transparency of election records, and create penalties for destruction or withholding of records.

  • Require proof of residency and citizenship verification for all Uniformed and Overseas Absentee (UOCAVA) ballot voters.

Defending American Interests

  • President Trump

    Ohio must do all that it can to be an active partner with the Trump Administration in all Executive Orders and initiatives that it takes. Ohio overwhelmingly chose to save our Country by electing President Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance. Ohio’s elected officials owe all Ohioans complete and total support of the America First Agenda.

  • 2nd Amendment

    The right to bear arms is non-negotiable for law-abiding citizens. Without the protection of the 2nd Amendment, we cannot ensure the practice and continuation of our 1st Amendment rights. As a life member of the NRA, I will always protect the constitutional rights of all Ohioans.

  • Protecting Life

    Life is sacred and a gift from God. It begins at conception. The opportunity to uphold and promote life should be met with emphasis. The government should provide no funding for abortion, and neither should the taxpayer.

  • Protecting Family Values

    Attempts to destroy the family and biological identity should be met with swift rejection. Girl’s sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms must be protected in Ohio. And we must ensure no taxpayer dollars are spent on entertaining the woke agenda.

  • Immigration and Ohio

    As a Nation of laws, we must enforce those laws for them to have any meaning - that is exactly what the Trump Administration is doing. Ohio’s cooperation with deportations and federal agencies is necessary to re-establish the rule of law and re-balance the disruptive, and sometimes deadly, effects of rampant illegal immigration.

  • Ohio Farmlands

    China’s quest for world dominance is a direct challenge to America’s economic system and remains the single largest challenge to the future of liberty, security, and prosperity of the American people. Ownership of Ohio farmland by China and CCP owned entities needs to be highly scrutinized and prohibited.

  • Mandates and Databases

    Any medical intervention or personal data collection, use and sale must involve a person’s informed consent. Vaccines should be a choice, and government vaccine databases should be prohibited.
